Mike is an international trainer, author and former headteacher. Over the last 12 years his research has brought into fruition the 'Odyssey Project'. Academically proven by Birkbeck College, this project celebrates an approach that increases the engagement of pupils through the innovative and shared leadership of staff. This course delves into methods of achieving outstanding leadership through outstanding learning, behaviour and personal growth.
